NOTE: I went back and reviewed some of the information and read a few other coach’s comments. I believe that there are three places that warrant a “Maxed Out” time.
1. When you have to stop
2. When you have to modify in the middle of a move
3. When your form falters
So, my Maxed Out time for this is inaccurate because although I kept moving, I did modify and my form did get sloppy. I will follow these guidelines for the remainder of Insanity Max30.
